Ingredients
  • 1 -1/2 cups fresh crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 12 snow peas
  • 12 sea salt & cracked black pepper pretzel crisps
  • chives for garnish
Directions
  1. Mix crab meat, mayonnaise and spices together in a bowl. Place one snow pea on each Pretzel Crisp. Spoon about a tablespoon of crab on top (tip: use a small ice cream scoop for uniform size). Garnish with chopped chives.
