INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 ounce Averell Damson Plum Gin
  • 3/4 ounce Leopold Bros New York Apple Whiskey
  • 2 dashes Bitter Truth Lemon Bitters
  • cava, to top
  • cinnamon sugar, to garnish
  • lemon twist, to garnish

DIRECTIONS

Rim a chamapgne glass with cinnamon sugar. Add remaining ingredients and garnish with a lemon twist.
