Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
  1. Place 1 pound ground beef, 1 egg, 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup cheese, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large mixing bowl. With clean hands, gently combine the ingredients just until they’re mixed together. Form the meatballs into 1 1/2 inch-balls.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet and broil for about 7 to 10 minutes.
