Forget turning lemons into lemonade — try turning a heavy snowfall into a snowgarita! This is undoubtedly the best way to make your snow day more palatable.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup 100% agave tequila, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar or sugar
  • 1/3 cup snow
  • 2 tablespoons quality orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier, chilled

DIRECTIONS

Pour the chilled liqueur and lime juice together, then briskly whisk in the agave nectar until dissolved. Stir in the chilled tequila and snow. Garnish with a lime and salt on the rim if desired. Serve immediately.
