Foursquare Tips

  • Have the pulled pork sandwich
  • Get the spicy fries
  • On a nice weekend afternoon grab a seat outside on the deck and enjoy people watching while you take a break from your Catfish Sandwich with Spicy French Fries.
  • Get the hot dog with pulled pork and a side of mac & cheese. Combine and enjoy.
  • A bustling, if unglamorous barbecue spot, enjoying conspicuous location, proximity to BAM, and some deliciously and festive corn on the cob. The sandwiches outshine the dishes, but the brisket is tops
  • It'd be really great if they'd offer a sampler plate with a few ribs, some pulled pork, some brisket, like most BBQ places do. I'd be here all the time.
  • Best Mac n cheese around, hands down.
  • Std takeout = quarter chicken white ($4), maybe side of fries and/or 'cued beans
  • Try the corn on the cob with the joint rub. You've probably never had anything like it.
  • This place is no "Mighty Quinn's"
  • Try the chopped chicken sandwich dipped in goldsmoke and a side of potato salad! Best BBQ lunch I've ever had!
  • Get here before happy hour is over and order their daily special cocktail and beer half off
  • Dry rubbed French Fries tasted like Wise bbq potato chips, pulled pork was dry, pickles were mutated, cole slaw was pre packaged not freshly made and the bbq sauces offered on table is watered down:(
  • This place, dollar for dollar, is better than Fette Sau. Best BBQ in Brooklyn that I have had.
  • A giant slice of warm cornbread for $1? No brainer.
  • Sometimes, I just like to get all sides. mac and cheese, collards, corn bread, corn on the cob...mmm
  • Service for lunch was fantastic. Dipped chicken sandwich is definitely Golden! Plus who can argue with a bourbon menu. No-one, that's who.
  • Amazing BBQ!! Try the Pulled Pork, Mac-n-Cheese, Potato Salad mm mm good
  • Whatever you order, be sure to have a Dale's Pale Ale
  • The food is awesome, but I can't get enough of the hotdogs. Simple and sooooo good.
