INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 ounce absinthe
  • 1 ounce rum
  • 1/2 ounce mint water
  • 1/2 ounce Splenda
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • club soda
  • lime wheel to garnish

DIRECTIONS

Make mint water by placing mint leaves in a jar with water and letting it sit for 3-4 days. Strain water. Then, muddle mint in a Collins glass. Add absinthe, rum, mint water, Splenda, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour over ice in a tall rocks glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.
