Ingredients
  • 3 inches ginger, finely sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 pints silken tofu
Directions
  1. Bring the ginger, sugar, and water to boil in a saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes, until thickened. Pass the syrup through a sieve to remove the ginger bits. Scoop out thin layers of the silken tofu into a bowl and gently drizzle 2 Tablespoons of ginger syrup over it. Serve immediately.
