Shake Shack Puts SmokeShack Burger On Permanent Menu

Many people today are quick-paced, time-pressed, and always moving, but when long lines at Shake Shack wrap around the block, life can be put on hold. Yes, the burgers are that good. Now, Shack lovers can expect lines to be a little bit longer, because the hot spot just officially added the popular SmokeStack burger to the menu.

The SmokeStack is a Shake Shack original cheeseburger topped with crispy applewood-smoked bacon, chopped cherry pepper, and the legendary ShakeSauce. The burger had previously only been offered as a special, but upon carnivorous fans' requests, it has just been added as a full-time item. Shake Shacks across the country will offer the $6.25 SmokeStack, with the sorry exception of ballparks, stadiums, and international locations.

Zach Koff, VP of Operations, Shake Shack, told The Daily Meal that so far, the SmokeStack has been a wild success. "Our guests are loving it!" he said. "They have been asking for bacon for a while, and we were waiting until we found the perfect way to add it to our menu... crispy, with some chopped cherry pepper, and ShackSauce. So worth the wait."
