Scott Disick's Restaurant Hiring Cooks With Sassy Craigslist Post

A couple of months ago, Kardashian beau Scott Disick announced a partnership with the owners of Fatty Crab, opening up a restaurant called Ryu in West Village.

Since then, however, things haven't been looking so good. Eater reports that the restaurant was trashed by the New York Post, offered a discount on a deal site, and now, they're advertising for line cooks on Craigslist.

The ad, however, is pretty fantastic, explaining all the reasons cooks should give Ryu a shot despite the bad press. First off? Celeb spottings. "Ryu has been dubbed 'Scott Disicks' new restaurant. They say it's his first and possibly his last. Well, Ryu is smack in the middle of the Meatpacking District and the Facebook page has a photo of Kanye West and the whole Kardashian crew. Yeah, they were there. Yeah, they come and hang out," the post said (it has since been taken down).

Then it goes on to cut ties with Disick as far as the kitchen is concerned. "What you don't hear about on Eater or on Page Six is how great the f*cking food is. Seriously, you think Scott has anything to do with the crew in the kitchen? You think he has control over this menu? Behind the scenes the technicians from The Fatty Crew (Fatty Crab & Fatty 'Cue) are making some great things happen," the post reads.

Turns out Ryu is looking for line cooks (email corwin@fattycrew.com to apply), asking only that "serious cooks step up and walk thru the velvet rope. In the BOH there's a serious vibe goin on."
