Not only is Sam Adams my favorite beer to drink, but I love using it with my cooking too. This milkshake recipes gets a boost from the frothy New England-style lager.
Mix the lager and agave syrup together. Place 2 scoops of the ice cream into a tall glass. Pour the beer and agave mixture on top. Shave fresh nutmeg and fresh cinnamon on top, to taste.
