  • Tiny hidden gem in Cambridge; for a celebration, split the whole roasted duck for two.
  • You'll feel like family in this tiny dining room, but this French-inspired Modern American menu is like nothing you've ever tasted before. Reserve the brioche-stuffed, boneless roast duck in advance.
  • Salts offers an upscale, home-cooked vibe. Serving French-influenced contemporary American, their dishes are made using ingredients from the restaurants organic farm in Canterbury, N.H.
  • Ask for some salt for the table and get a tasting of four unique salts like Cyprus Black Lava.
  • Well, if you forget to pre-order the duck (like we did), don't fret. There are plenty of delicious "consolation" prizes - like the diver scallops.
  • Call ahead of time if you want the duck, you have to reserve it.
  • Highly recommend. The summer special of fresh egg soup is fabulous. And great presentation. Cozy environment.

  • The Free Range Chicken Ballotine is the best piece on the menu. It's a great twist on a classic dish.
  • The duck for two is AMAZiNG! They take "reservations" for the duck, so call in advance to make sure that you get one for dinner. You won't regret it.
  • Make sure to order your duck with your reservation. So divine.
