SAG Awards Dinner Menu

The SAG Awards is one of the only awards ceremonies (along with the Golden Globes) where the guests are treated to dinner, so let's dive into the food

During the awards ceremony, nominees and guests were treated to a menu by Lucques chef Suzanne Goin. "I want[ed] the plate to be festive and have a party feeling to it the way the awards actually do," said Goin, who used all seasonal and local ingredients from farmers she works with all year round. "These awards really feel like a party," she told People Style Watch.

Here's what graced the plates:

Roasted Beets & Blood Oranges with Feta and Black Olives

Beef Tenderloin with Fingerlings, Arugula, and Horseradish Cream

Slow-Roasted Salmon with Green Rice, Labneh, Capers, and Nasturtiums

Here's what the vegan guests dined on:

Roasted Beets & Blood Oranges with Feta and Black Olives

Cauliflower Couscous with Pomegranate Salsa

Farro with Kale, Young Broccoli, Currants, and Pine Nuts

As for what they drank, here are the sips that graced tables:

Gallo Signature Series Napa Valley Chardonnay

Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir

Taittinger Brut "La Francaise"
