Ruth's Chris Offers Ruth's Classics Menu Nationwide

Last year, Ruth's Chris opened their first steakhouse on the Las Vegas Strip. The venue is the 137th in the chain and the third partnership between Ruth's Hospitality Group Inc, the parent company of Ruth's Chris, and Harrah's, a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment Group.

Housed in the space that was previously occupied by The Range restaurant, the steakhouse is located on the second floor of Harrah's and offers spectacular views of the Strip through floor-to-ceiling windows. The space is large, seats 400 guests, and features two glass-encased private dining rooms and two bars. The décor reflects the Ruth's Chris classic design with a light color scheme, red accents, and artwork featuring homages to New Orleans, home of the original Ruth's Chris, and Las Vegas in paintings and photos.

The Las Vegas location features the Ruth's Classic menu offering seasonal, fresh ingredients, and so it changes throughout the year. Currently, diners can choose from a butter lettuce BLT salad; chicken, vegetable, and tortellini soup; Caesar salad, or a steak house salad for starters. Main dish offerings include jumbo sea scallops; a 6 ounce filet accompanied by shrimp; stuffed chicken breast, or the chef's fresh fish selection for $43.95. Diners also have the chance to enjoy pan roasted Chilean sea bass piccata; 6 ounce filet and Caribbean lobster tail; 12 ounce ribeye, or a 16 ounce filet for $49.95 to $54.

Each dinner also comes with a choice of sides including cauliflower au gratin, mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, green beans with garlic, or creamed spinach. A toasted coconut and pineapple bread pudding dessert is also included.
