Final Culinary Pop-Up At Royal/T Café In Culver City

For five years, Royal/T Cafe has been dedicated to providing a unique space for art and culture to thrive in Culver City, Calif. but now they are highlighting the closing of their space with a final pop-up event. On July 26 and 27 Royal/T will finish their current exhibition, "The Art of Cooking" by partnering with chef Sandra Cordero, of Cordero Negro.

Chef Cordero will be putting a new spin on traditional recipes such as chilled tomato gazpacho and chorizo sausage with succotash and saffron corn veloute. These are just a few of the offerings that will be included in chef Cordero's 12-course tapas tasting menu, which will be prepared with produce from local farms. You can pair the prix fixe menu with a variety of wine, beer, and sangria options.

After five years of service, Royal/T will be closing their space with the same concepts they have been dedicated to over the years — art, culture, and food, so you do not want to miss it.
