Rock Fans Mourn Damage To Sammy Hagar-Backed Restaurant

New Jersey beachfront watering hole Sammy Hagar's Beach Bar & Grill suffered extreme damage during Hurricane Sandy. The bar, a haven for partiers eager to live the Red Rocker's Cabo Wabo lifestyle, is connected to Bally's Casino and is open annually from May through Labor Day Weekend, meaning that no employees will be temporarily unemployed as a result. A slew of photos from the aftermath of the storm were posted to Hagar's Facebook page on Tuesday, Oct. 30 with a message reading, "Hope all Redheads and BB&G staff are safe and dry! Here is a look at the damage – we will rebuild!"

Before the storm hit, Hagar had posted a message of solidarity and support on the page, "A special message of support to all east coast Redheads and their families and friends as Hurricane Sandy comes through... I hope everyone is safe out there and I'll be supporting the area when it's over. The Atlantic City Beach Bar & Grill can be rebuilt, but people can't!"
