Join celebrity chef Aarón Sanchez of Food Network’s Heat Seekers and Chopped and singer-songwriter Ifé Sánchez Mora for an evening of great food, cocktails, and music. On Tuesday, Nov. 27, the husband-and-wife team will co-host a tasting at The Loft at Tribeca Grill benefiting the Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls, a nonprofit music and mentoring program for girls and young women.
The event will feature tastings by chef Sanchez, Vermilion's chef Maneet Chauhan, chef Geoffrey Zakarian, chef Amanda Freitag, and The Stanton Social's chef Chris Santos. Willie Mae campers will be assisting each chef at their stations throughout the night.
A VIP ticket will get you access to an exclusive cocktail reception and chef meet and greet, a signed copy of a cookbook by one of the evening’s chefs, an "arm’s-length of raffle tickets," and a Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls merchandise pack, including a 2013 photo calendar. All attendees will have the opportunity to sample the chefs’ signature cocktails, wine, and tastings while listening to music provided by Willie Mae DJ’s. In addition, a raffle event will feature prizes such as dinner for two at one or more of the chefs’ restaurants, luxury vacation accommodations, signed rock 'n’ roll memorabilia, and more.
