Foursquare Tips

  • At Reynards, "you don't feel like part of a parody, you just feel lucky to be there." Ariel Levy reviews Reynards: http://nyr.kr/NZLFAZ (9/24/12)
  • Get the olives. They're served hot and taste like salty crack candy.
  • Head to the rooftop for a drink before dinner, just before sunset. Gorgeous view of the city.
  • Yeah but that fried chicken sandwich though
  • The pork is a tender, zesty mustard and sauerkraut masterpiece. The flourless chocolate and beet cake is as intensely rich as it is delicately light. And the service is courteous, warm and prompt.
  • Check out the Faile in the hallway..
  • Dutch pancake + Bloody Mary heaven.
  • You know how good that sausage, egg, and cheese from McDonald's is, but how bad you feel after eating it? Get all the goodness (and more) without the remorse after with Reynard's breakfast sandwich.
  • My favorite brunch spot in Williamsburg. Gorgeous space, delicious food, knowledgable waiters (ask them questions about the specials!) Even better with a window seat!
  • The caramelized onion burger is, like, OMG what is happening in my mouth??!!! Yeeeeeeeessssssss.
  • Great burger.
  • Dont miss the simple but seriously flavorful main dishes, such as grilled chicken and bluefish, which are grilled or baked in a wood-burning stove.
  • Order the scrambled eggs with summer vegetables. You can't go wrong with summer squash.
  • Guinea fowl and cod mash were excellent. Evan is outstanding - sit in his section.
  • A good choice for a casual bite, a celebratory feast, and everything in between. Reynard is hip without being exclusive, and everyone in your party will love the rustic fare. [Eater 38 Member]
  • Great food. The flatbread and tuna were good. The wine and chemex coffee (Kenya) were also good. Because of a mix up and delay, the had me my dessert for free. Good service amd good prices.
  • French Fries: stack of locally sourced, crisp-yet-creamy skin-on spuds: twice-fried; seasoned aggressively, as all fries should be & served w. the requisite bowl of housemade aoli
  • Wonderful staff, and quality burger.
  • HOUSE sparkling water?! Praise the LORD!
  • They try to be a upscale restaurant, but they try too hard. The food is decent, but not interesting or any wow for that price.
