The London West Hollywood Debuts Boxwood On The Roof
The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills has opened Boxwood on the Roof, a new summer culinary concept. The restaurant offers innovative cocktails, sweeping city views, and a new seasonal menu from executive chef Anthony Keene.
Situated on the 10th floor rooftop of the London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills hotel, Boxwood on the Roof offers diners a choice of al fresco options in a sophisticated modern atmosphere. Intimate poolside tables as well as a lively lounge with firepits and big white leather chairs overlook panoramic views of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
The New American cuisine influenced menu offers sharable plates, small bites, and sumptuous main courses. Chef Keene's summer menu includes standout dishes such as king salmon nicoise with a basil pistou, charcoal grilled skirt steak with red quinoa and avocado, tagliatelle pasta with short rib and wild mushrooms, Black Angus filet mignon with smoked béarnaise, dungeness crab toast with green papaya, sticky lamb ribs with tikka marsala, and a fresh crudo menu.
The dinner menu features a new robata option with freshly grilled meats and fish that will change throughout summer, highlighting items including miso bass, salmon pesto, Wagyu beef, and a vegetarian Japanese eggplant.
Also new to the hotel is the recent debut of chef Keene's Sunday brunch. The menu includes Boxwood staples such as the avocado toast and mezze plate, but will also introduce diners to granola French toast a la "peach melba" with vanilla bean ice cream; huevos ranchero jars with layers of Spanish chorizo and avocado; duck hash with poached egg; and lobster Benedict with artichoke, hollandaise and freshly baked English muffins. The brunch menu will also include share plates, fresh juice, and coffee and a selection of cocktails such as elderflower mimosa and watermelon bellini available by the glass or pitcher.
Diners can also enjoy lunch at Boxwood on the Roof which includes a dedicated juice bar menu and features a selection of salads and sandwiches.
Boxwood on the Roof is located at The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills at 1020 North San Vicente Boulevard off of Sunset Blvd. Hours of operation are all-day dining daily from 11am -11pm.
