I HAVE STARTED CALLING THESE EATERIES TO CONFIRM AND GET A NAME OF THE MANAGEMENT BEFOREHAND. THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM. ONE PLACE ONLY ADVERTISED IN ANOTHER TOWN JUST 2 BLOCKS AWAY.SO, I CALLED VALPAK AND THEY SENT ME A COPY.WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT THE RESTAURANT,THE WAITRESS AND ASSISTANT MANAGER STATED THAT IT HAD TO BE THE ORIGINAL.I EXPLAINED THAT VALPAK EMAILED IT TO ME .VERY EMBARRASSING ON FRONT OF MY GUEST. THE INTERFERENCE WITH THE STAFF CONTINUES TO BE A PROBLEM. DO THE COUPONS SAY THAT WE ARE CHEAP? DO THEY ASSUME THAT THE TIP WILL ONLY BE ON THE DIFFERENCE??
