Foursquare Tips

  • Miso Bold And Spicy
  • This is the sister restaurant to wasabi in Logan square. Their ramen is chicken broth based by just as delicious.
  • Chicken paitan is tasty. Shoyu is on point just like at Wasabi.
  • The signature here is an unconventional chicken broth (Japanese ramen is usually pork broth). I enjoyed the spicy version, it had some solid kick!
  • Love the tsukemen ramen
  • Gyoza is delicious! Great service at the bar. Brussel sprout app is SO good.
  • The tan tan men is the best vegan option I've had at a ramen joint.
  • shoyu ramen with the booster
  • Traditional Ramen shop that has a chicken based broth. Try the Spicy Chicken Paitan Ramen and their Miso Bold & Spicy. Great looking place specially with the Japanese ally with the signage. Enjoy!
  • Osaka Shio was great! Awesome chicken broth base ramen!
  • Truly the best ramen in Chicago. Get the Miso Bold and Spicy and don't look back.
  • The chicken paitan is their specialty!
  • The presence of multiple Asian men dining alone tells you a lot about a place
  • Not a bad spot, but seemed pricey to me for ramen, pork buns, and a beer. I enjoyed High Five a lot more (in the basement of Green Streat Meats). Deeper flavor, a lot spicier, a little cheaper.
  • Get whatever you want. You can't go wrong.
  • Staff is kind of snooty, don't expect to be able to give your name before everyone is there. Ramen wasn't great either. Slurping Turtle had a much richer broth.
  • Pretty good though I've had better ramen at Stringz. Pork bao buns are delicious
  • Takoyaki all day all day
  • the shoyu's perfect
