Foursquare Tips

  • Fantastic selection, amazing high-energy food in a bright clean venue
  • (Almost) everyone that comes here is fit and attractive, not a bad place to people watch during a deliciously healthy lunch
  • If you like peanut butter you must try the Pier-nut Butter & Jelly (PB&J) Blended drink.
  • The Protein Bar makes it easy to adhere to your diet with whole wheat wraps, salads made with quinoa, organic meats, tofu, and, a selection of protein shakes and raw juices.
  • "A cup of quinoa packs the same protein punch as 4 eggs," would be true if you were referring to dry quinoa; a cup of which makes about four cups of cooked. Signs can be misleading. Awesome food!
  • The protein shakes are really good, don't miss them. Also the quinoa salads are very filling
  • Punch cards, finally!!! :)
  • I just can't get enough of these BEANS. The black bean bowl is delish but try them in your other faves such as the guac n roll or any of the breakfast bar-ritos. I bet they'd even be good in a shake!
  • The Ivy bar-rito is the best!
  • Spinach Pesto bowl with tofu is the perfect vegetarian lunch for a busy day
  • PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION 2013 - stop in as early as 7am on Monday, 1/21 for some delicious, organic hot coffee and a healthy breakfast to kick off your festivities!
  • Don't get the chicken chili.
  • Circle table in the middle is FABULOUS for people watching and black bean quinoa with chicken is DIVINE!! Pair it with a blue line smoothie and lunch runs about $14!!
  • The monumental perk is the best loaded w mocha protein!
  • The bar-itos are delish!
  • The Bitches Say: A+. We love the concept of Protein Bar and Washington needs health food.
  • You have to eat here when in Washington DC
  • Guess they haven't figured out how to be healthy and tasty. Or maybe they forgot to add "buffalo" to my buffalo bar-rito. Either way, don't plan on returning.
  • They are great about replacing ingredients to make a meal vegan.
  • Chophouse salad is not bad if you don't hate blue cheese
