  • Liberty Kitchen has two beers on tap made for them by Houston's Karbach Brewing Co. Liberty Light and Liberty Dark.
  • Arugula begging for someone to end its charred misery lay beneath the most frightening of all frightened pieces of cheese ever to be witnessed. This would be the tuna melt. Not recommended.
  • Try the Sweet & Spicy Chicken & Pecan waffles Bourbon-pickled jalapeos (seriously) and Maine maple syrup make this good as hell fried chicken and pecan waffle sandwich a winner. The egg your way
  • Legit crab balls. Skip the tartar sauce and drizzle them with bacon jam!
  • Be kind to your wait staff !
  • The grilled skirt steak is perfection. A must if you're a steak & eggs fan.
  • You can't have enough of the bacon "jam"! Ask your wait person for an extra helping. Chunky goodness.
  • Sit at the bar! Nicest bartenders ever! Everyone here is very friendly. Great food and service.

  • Try the Campechana. Top it with fried oysters for an extra $2 and dig into the sweet and tangy appetizer -- which has chunks of tomato, avocado, cucumber, and green olive peaking throughout!
  • The wait time is ridiculous!!
  • The gumbo with crab and fried oyster is just like Nawlins
