Foursquare Tips

  • Absolutely my favorite place in the north end!!!
  • Good old fashion cooking good house chianti , sat by the window, best to beat the crowd, plan dinner for 5:30 pm. Gets busy at 6;30 ish.
  • Get the eggplant ravioli. YUM.
  • The shrimp and grits are amazing!
  • Come for brunch! Delicious eggs Benedict and homemade scones
  • Best Chicken Parm in the North End!
  • Solid North End option on quieter Salem street. They handled our large group with ease and the food is great.
  • Bolgonese with the homemade pasta which was amazing. The chicken parm was alright- thin chicken but very cheesy! Somewhat romantic but too busy if you're next to the open front windows
  • Tortellini Galleria every time. It's the perfect, well-rounded pasta dish. And don't you dare forget to ask for Lisa's dessert of the day!
  • They need to staff more at night, however Lena is the best!!! Ask for her!
  • I enjoyed the bruschetta, caesar salad and the chicken marsala. Great prices & good service. Once a restaurant featured on kitchen nightmares, la galleria 33 is excellent... Well done.
  • The Caesar salad was garlicky but for me that's a plus! Very fresh. Veal Marsala was absolutely delicious.

  • Try their risotto and you won't be disappointed
  • Pretty good!! Veal Marsala was spot on!! Calamari with the lemon aioli was delicious! The spread for the bread was great too!!
  • I recommend trying the Linguine Carbonara.
  • Every Italian restaurant was packed in north end except this place and I thought it was going to be a bad sign. Don't be misled, the food is amazing! Linguine Shrimp and eggplant parmigiana to die for
  • Favorite place in North End. Food is great!
  • All airiness and light, from the French doors to the open kitchen. An Italo-purists (and protein-loaders) dream: the antipasti are competent, but the primi and the secondi piatti are spot-on.
  • Good food. Great service
