Foursquare Tips

  • Sit outside. Everything's good especially the calamari, buffalo mozzarella & pesto gnocchi. 1 of best people watching corners
  • Chilled Sangiovese on tap. Done and done.
  • Side of avocado. Off menu deliciousness.
  • Don't want to wait an hour at Joseph Leonard? Try Frankies for brunch. Great pancakes, breakfast sandwich, and stumptown coffee.
  • Eggplant parm is really good and the chocolate tart is to die for!
  • Best meatballs. Ever.
  • For those gorgeous fall days, remember Frankie's 570 for their outdoor seating!
  • Spaghetti and meatballs is a classic.
  • 0|1 Rating = 1
  • Amazing breakfast sandwich on some kind of pizza flatbread. Obviously add the bacon. Less obviously order a side of avocado and pile it on.
  • Order the arugala and parmesan salad, it's not on the menu and it's simple and delicious.
  • Order the cavatelli and the meatball sandwich! Amazing--will definitely be back.
  • This is one of the best meals I've had in ages. Trust me, get the following: primitivo wine, anchovies, mushroom & truffle, sweet potato ravioli, farro salad. It was all excellent
  • Be sure to order a platter of ricotta-and-honey crostini and the sausage-and-brown-sage-butter cavatelli:
  • The spicy sausage Cavatelli were one of the best pastas I've ever had (and I'm Italian) and the Eggplant parmigiana was also great. Get their Cabernet Sauvignon/Sangiovese own wine, excellent.
  • The eggplant parm is light and delicious! The Vegetable bolognese linguini was underwhelming..
  • Harissa and kale crostini! Holy cow.
  • Boulevardier is a great drink
  • Spaghetti is insanely good. Avoid on weekends unless you are into Hoboken.
  • Get the Sicilian Tuna, Arugula, Tomato & Red Onion sandwich or grilled Branzino with asparagus, yellow wax beans & hazelnut pesto. If the weather is nice, make sure to reserve a seat outside!
