Foursquare Tips

  • The old-time looking bar serves stiff cocktails. The restaurant feature plenty of Italian and steak dishes. Try the crab cakes and the spumoni.
  • The Martini's are HUGE! They come in individual shakers that gave me 4 servings!
  • Check out the statute of the Virgin Mary in the bar (strategically located between a bottle of Bass Ale and a bottle of Heineken!
  • Eat at the Bar!! The drinks are large and you can get the full menu.
  • Did not try the food, but instead enjoyed a Glenlivet on the rocks with the Monday night Jazz Jam Session. Its was good times and good music.
  • They carry Foster's and Peroni here. The pizza is good and there's live music.
  • Opened 1954. Original vintage interior. Old school Italian; red semi-circular booths, dim lighting, an attached bar & jazz acts.
  • I went here to see a friend's band. You can't see or hear the band from the bar area and they wouldn't let me sit even though the dining area was half full unless I ordered food.
  • Great for birthdays!
  • The live music is fantastic! I heard Mari Nobre perform during Sunday brunch. The food is good too :)
  • Breakfast w/Jon.
  • Mediocre food, good service in the dining room though. Bartenders slow and uninspired. 10 minute wait for a drink? Music starts too early. Too loud, kills dinner conversation. $3.50 for 6 asparagus?!
  • They pour stiff drinks at Colombo's
  • FRESH mozzarella! Get them, fried, on salad, on anything you order! Sooo creamy & yummilicious!
  • Portions are ginormous.
  • Ever try Zinfandel with Steak??? OMG!
  • Gotta try the Robert Hall Merlot!
  • Go for Sunday Brunch and if your lucky Mari And Nobresil will be playing.
  • You can't beat alfresco dining with stiff drinks and great service!
  • The Porterhouse steak is amazing. So is the Salmon.
