Foursquare Tips

  • Attached to the 404 Hotel and housed in a re-purposed storage container, it has been drawing crowds since opening. Matt Bolus is turning out creative dishes using products like house-made burrata.
  • For his Tomato Galette, Matt envelops lemony ricotta in a toasted cornmeal crust, and piles on heirloom tomatoesa twist on tomato pie without any pretension.
  • One of the best restaurants in town! The menu is always changing and mostly local - get one of the fish items when available. The wine list is brief but well curated.
  • Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Try the crudo and cornbread!

  • Tri-tip is amazing. Turnip side dish. Rabbit dish was fantastic. Basically you can't go wrong.

  • Truffles Tartare, Poached Egg Salad, Cornbread. Amazing sommelier
  • Over 150 types whiskey. Must grab a drink when in town.
  • Matt Bolus definitely has street cred youd expect from a chef coming out of Mike Latas kitchen at FIG. After eating our way through his menu, we can say he has the culinary skills to back it up.
  • We loved the Burrata and the Crudo, not to mention all of the cocktails. Also, Travis Brazil has put together a kick ass wine list.
  • Great service and food. One of the best meals I have had this year!
  • Jordan is a gem. One of the best servers I've ever had.
  • Squash soup and the flounder are awesome
  • The lamb appetizer with ricotta gnocchi was awesome and the tri tips entree was my favorite of all we tried
