Restaurant Critic Roundup: New York City's Nicoletta Gets Bad Reviews All Around

As always, the ratings range from stars to bells to beans, but every review offers specialized insight into the food, atmosphere, and service of eateries in each city's dining scene and the critics eating at them.

This week in New York, critics agreed that Michael White's new pizza place, Nicoletta, did not live up to expectations. With Ryan Sutton giving it one star, and Pete Wells handing out even less, there seems to be something off with the restaurant.

Michael Bauer finds Copita in San Francisco to be pretty average. Also on the West Coast, Providence Cicero is not impressed with the food at Regent Bakery and Café, but calls the baked goods the "real deal."

West Bridge in Boston thoroughly impressed Devra First; she gave it 3.5 stars, and says she just might become a regular.

From the East Coast to the West Coast, from North to South, the weekly restaurant critic roundup is here for all of your dining out needs.
