Sweet Ginger Cashew Butter
Ingredients
  • 2 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup candied ginger, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon salt, plus additional for taste
Directions
  1. Process the nuts in your food processor until completely smooth, 5 to 10 minutes, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary.
  2. Add the candied ginger to the processor and process for another 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  3. Add the ground ginger and salt and process for another minute.
  4. Add more salt as needed for taste.
