Ingredients
  • 1/2 ounce campari
  • 3/4 ounce strawberry puree
  • prosecco such as santa margherita prosecco superiore
  • strawberries
  • sugar
  • water
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add Campari and strawberry puree.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour contents into chilled flutes.
  4. Top flutes with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore.
  5. Blend equal parts of strawberry, sugar and water for puree.
