The St. Regis Mexico City's Winter Martini

The St. Regis Mexico City's Winter Martini
4.5 from 2 ratings
With cooling temperatures and the holiday season just around the corner, The St. Regis Mexico City is pleased to offer a new festive cocktail – the Winter Martini – incorporating traditional Mexican Ponche and Gin. Ponche is a traditional beverage served in Mexican homes during Christmas, Las Posadas, and the New Year holiday; it can be served hot or cold and is often enjoyed with Gin, Vodka, or Rum. The Ponche used in The St. Regis Mexico City’s Winter Martini has been reimagined by Omar Hamud, the hotel’s mixologist, to be enjoyed in classic martini fashion.
