Ingredients
  • 2 ounce casamigos blanco
  • ¾ ounce thai chile aperol
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • seltzer
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except the seltzer in a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake until cold, then strain into a Collins glass filled 1/3 of the way with ice. Top with a little soda and float a grapefruit slice in the glass.
