Ingredients
- 2 ounce casamigos blanco
- ¾ ounce thai chile aperol
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice
- ½ ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- seltzer
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the seltzer in a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake until cold, then strain into a Collins glass filled 1/3 of the way with ice. Top with a little soda and float a grapefruit slice in the glass.
