Pam Wiznitzer created this cocktail for coffee lovers. It’s a spiked drink that uses vanilla and hazelnut extract and almond milk to impart a seasonal nuttiness to traditional coffee.
1½ ounces vodka, such as Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
2½ ounces iced coffee
1 ounce unsweetened almond milk
1 packet Nectresse sweetener
2 drops vanilla extract
2 drops hazelnut extract
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into a highball glass with a straw.
