Notch the top of a large strawberry, then thinly slice, creating thin strawberry hearts.
Preheat a grill pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, butter the outsides of two slices of bread and spread chocolate hazelnut spread on the non-buttered side of the bread and top with some thin slices of strawberry hearts. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Top with more strawberry hearts and this Valentine’s Day dessert is done!
