Ingredients

  • bars Hershey’s milk chocolate, or 3.1 ounces milk chocolate
  • 1  Teaspoon  shortening
  • 12  large marshmallows
  • 1/4  Cup  graham cracker crumbs
  • 12  lollipop sticks

Directions

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Break the chocolate into pieces.

Place chocolate and shortening in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Continue to microwave in 10 seconds increments until the chocolate is melted and is smooth when stirred.

One at a time, dip half of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Let excess chocolate run off the marshmallow. Dip the chocolate coating in Graham cracker crumbs. Place the uncoated side on prepared cookie sheet. Push lollipop stick through the top of the chocolate until it is about halfway into the marshmallow. Repeat with the remaining marshmallows. Refrigerate for 5 minutes until firm.
