Salty and rich with a hint of vanilla and plenty of mouthwatering buttery flavor, this butterscotch fudge recipe is easy to make and is sure to be a winner among friends and family.


  • 14  Ounces  sweetened condensed milk
  • 12  Ounces  butterscotch chips
  • 4  Ounces  white chocolate chips
  • 1  Teaspoon  butter
  • 1  Tablespoon  vanilla extract


Combine condensed milk, butterscotch chips, and white chocolate chips in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until melted.

Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract. Pour into a 9x13 inch dish and cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Cut and serve.
