Fresh tomatoes, cilantro, and avocados are the key to a flavorful guacamole. Lime juice helps slow the browning process and adds bright citrusy notes as well.
Mash the avocados to desired consistency. Add in the garlic, lime juice, tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños, and mix. Season with kosher salt, and serve with tortilla chips.
Purchase ingredients that can be used in a variety of dishes in bulk, in order to minimize waste and save money.
Do all your prep in advance, and use three bowls: one for all your ingredients, one for all your prep, and one for all your refuse. Staying organized can help you put out meals faster.
