Ingredients
  • 5 handfuls spinach leaves
  • 3 apples, cored and chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, plus more to taste
  • 1 cup chilled water or coconut water
  • 1/2 banana (optional)
  • fish oil supplement (optional)
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients together in a blender and purée until smooth. Add more liquid as required to reach desired consistency. Serve over ice.
