Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 40 gingersnaps (about 2 1/4 cups), crushed
  • 4 packages (4 ounces each) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/4 candy coated chocolates, such as m&m's
  • cup small pretzel twists, broken into pieces
Directions
  1. Mix the cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.
  2. Shape the dough into 30 1-inch balls, place them in a single layer on a shallow pan, and freeze for 10 minutes.Then, dip the cookie balls into the chocolate and place them in a single layer on a waxed paper-lined pan. Insert a lollipop stick into each cookie ball before decorating with the candy and pretzels to form reindeer.
