Trying to replicate Mom’s delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies can be a daunting and seemingly impossible task. This Mother’s Day, leave the baking behind and let mom enjoy her day with an indulgent coffee cocktail she’s sure to appreciate. On May 8th, bring out the cocktail shaker and mix up The Queen’s Cup with Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, cold brew coffee and fresh strawberries shaken to perfection. Impressing Mom just became a little more feasible this holiday (because we all know you can’t live up to her famous chocolate chip cookies).

Ingredients
  • 5 strawberries, divided
  • 1 ounce irish cream liqueur, such as baileys original irish cream
  • 1 ounce vodka, such as ketel one
  • 1 ounce cold brew coffee
  • whipped cream
Directions
  1. Place 4 strawberries in cocktail shaker and crush with muddler.
  2. Add Baileys Original Irish Cream, Ketel One, cold brew coffee, and ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake well.
  3. Strain contents into a martini glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with remaining strawberry.
