Ingredients
  • 2 -3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Heat the oil over medium heat. Add the kernels and cover with a lid. Once the popping slows to 3 seconds between pops, remove from the heat and remove the lid.
  3. Blend the melted butter with the maple syrup in a saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat until amber in color. Remove from the heat and add the dried rosemary, kosher salt, and baking soda. Toss the popcorn to coat.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet and bake until dried and chewy-crispy, about 45 minutes. Keeps in an airtight container for 3 days.
