Ingredients
  • pretzel dough
  • 7 mini hot dogs
  • 1/3 cup baking soda
  • 10 cup water
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Start with a rolled-out, round sheet of pretzel dough.
  3. Preferably using Reynolds Wrap, form a solid foil ball and place the ball under the dough, in the center to form an upside-down, bowl-like shape.
  4. Cut 7 small slices around the dough, wide enough to fit mini hot-dogs. Place hot dogs on each section and roll to the center.
  5. Form and place a foil ring around the top of the bread bowl to help hold shape and provide support.
  6. In a large pot, bring baking soda and water to a boil.
  7. Using a large spatula or slotted spoon, transfer dough to boiling baking soda and water combination and submerge for at least 30 seconds.
  8. Remove and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with salt.
  10. Pour in your favorite beer cheese soup, serve, and enjoy!
