It isn’t a holiday party without a candy-cane-flavored cocktail. This big batch version calls for a mixture of vodka, crushed candy pieces, brandy, and mint, which will create a deep, rich taste.

Ingredients

  • 1  Cup  Deep Eddy Vodka
  • 5  Dashes of large crushed peppermint candy canes
  • handful of mint leaves
  • 1/2  Cup  half and half
  • 1/2  Cup  B&B Brandy

Directions

Muddle mint leaves and layer on the bottom of a punch bowl. Add crushed candy canes and liquid ingredients. Mix well. Garnish each drink with a peppermint stick and mint sprig garnish.

Peppermint Shopping Tip

If you're looking for a smoother texture in your finished product, try using confectioners' sugar (also known as 10x sugar) instead of granulated sugar.

Peppermint Cooking Tip

Think beyond cakes and pies – fruits like peaches, pineapple, and figs are excellent grilled – brush with melted butter or wine and sprinkle with sugar and spices for a dessert that you can feel good about.
