  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • splash of milk
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
  3. Mix peanut butter, oil, banana, and honey together until well combined. Beat in egg, flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Evenly distribute the batter between the muffin liners.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
  5. Stir together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and enough milk to make the frosting spreadable. Pipe or use an icing spatula to spread the frosting on top of the cooled cupcakes.
