In nonstick pot, combine butter, sugar, cocoa, milk, and marshmallows, cooking over low heat, stirring until smooth and marshmallows dissolved.
Bring to boil and boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in vanilla, coconut extract, oatmeal, pecans and coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm.
