Ingredients

  • 21.26  Grams  Valrhona Andoa Dark Chocolate
  • 07.08  Grams  Valrhona Andoa Milk Chocolate
  • 21.26  Grams  Pure Maple Syrup
  • 56.69  Grams  Iris Espresso
  • 226.79  Grams  Half & Half

Directions

Add chocolate & maple syrup to 12oz cup. Extract espresso over chocolate & maple. Stir well with wooden stick or spoon. Steam half and half hot. Pour over mixture
