Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • 2 teaspoon matcha
  • 1 serving vanilla-flavored vegan protein, such as vanilla vega one™ nutritional shake
  • a few drops of peppermint extract
Directions
  1. Hot: Warm almond milk. Blend with ingredients until frothy.
  2. Cold: Add ice and blend until smooth.
