Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced, for serving
Directions
  1. Preheat your George Foreman Evolve grill to setting number 4. Whisk together sriracha, lime juice, maple syrup, brown sugar, lime zest, and salt. Brush over top of salmon and let stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Grill, covered and without turning, for 15 to 18 minutes or until grill-marked and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
