Ingredients
  • 1 ounce 8-12 ounces
  • 3 cup mangos peeled seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice from squeezed oranges
  • 3 tablespoon water
  • 3 cup mangos peeled seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup green onion
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup fresh jalapeno
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
  1. Sear steak on both sides medium rare to medium in order for steak to allow the mango drizzle and salsa to take full effect. Next in a saucepan over medium heat, combine the mangoes, butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, orange juice, and water. Stir until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and serve over steak. Third, in a medium bowl, mix mango, red bell pepper, green onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and lemon juice. Cover, and allow to sit at least 30 minutes and serve beside steak for guest to use as much as they would like.
