Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
  • ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
Directions
  1. Place the hard-boiled egg yolks into a mixing bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients except the egg whites and paprika, and mix with a handheld mixer until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the hard-boiled egg white halves and then sprinkle the deviled eggs with paprika.
