“I make no secret of my love of Midori,” Dauermann says. “This year, I decided to make the most delicious Midori Sour I'd ever had. The Insanely Good Midori Sour was the result. The addition of gin helps the melon flavors pop. Ingredients
  • 1 part melon liqueur such as midori® melon liqueur
  • 1 part gin, like martin miller's westbourne strength gin
  • 3/4 part lemon juice
  • 1/2 part lime cordial
  • egg white
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Slowly strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel.
